Brief Translation & Technical Definition
We interpret foreign-language briefs, references and feedback, then structure them into clear development requirements for China-side execution.
China Productization & Technical Design
CTX MADE helps overseas agencies, brands and product teams translate design intent into clear, factory-usable documentation—and coordinate development with suppliers in China when needed.

01 / The gap
A product brief may make perfect sense to your team, yet still leave a factory with unanswered questions about construction, measurements, materials, finishes, artwork placement or revision status. When internal development capacity is limited, those gaps create delays, repeated clarification and avoidable rework.
We work as a flexible China-side product development interface—turning intent into information that designers, merchandisers and suppliers can act on.
02 / Capabilities
01
We interpret foreign-language briefs, references and feedback, then structure them into clear development requirements for China-side execution.
02
When design capacity is limited, our specialists can support concept development, range extension and design refinement within an agreed scope.
03
We prepare factory-ready technical packs covering construction, measurements, materials, trims, colourways, artwork placement and key production notes.
04
We create clear product visuals and presentation-ready renderings to align internal teams, clients and suppliers before sampling.
05
We can work with your existing suppliers or help coordinate suitable China-side resources, clarifying questions, feedback and revisions throughout development.
03 / Product range
Our working method applies across apparel and sewn softgoods. The specialist team is matched to the category, brief and development stage of each project.
04 / How we work
We review the brief, references, intended deliverables, timeline and supplier situation, then confirm scope before work begins.
We convert product intent into structured technical information, identifying missing decisions and factory-facing questions early.
You review the working files at agreed checkpoints. Feedback is consolidated, clarified and applied through controlled revisions.
Final files are organised for practical supplier use, with clear version status and an agreed deliverables list.
Optional
Where required, we continue as the China-side communication interface during quotation, sampling and revision.
05 / Working model
CTX MADE operates through a distributed specialist network rather than a fixed-category studio. Our network includes experienced design and technical professionals with backgrounds at established apparel groups and brands, supported by bilingual project coordination and China-side supplier knowledge.
06 / Relevant experience
Our experience includes supporting FORMIA projects and airline-product development. Because much of this work is confidential, specific airline, programme, product and co-brand details are not published.
NDA-ready · White-label compatible · Client-facing only when requested
