Information We Process

If you contact us by email, we may process your name, email address, company, role, message, attachments and any other information you choose to provide.

When you use the site, hosting, content-delivery and security systems may process technical request data such as your IP address, browser and device information, requested URLs, timestamps, referring page and error or security events. The site may store the functional key "modalShown" in your browser so that an introductory interface is not repeatedly displayed. The current site does not provide user accounts, active web forms, newsletter registration or advertising analytics.

Purposes and Legal Bases

We use personal information to respond to enquiries, evaluate and prepare for possible engagements, perform agreed services, operate and secure the site, diagnose errors, protect our legal rights, and comply with applicable law. Depending on the context, processing is based on your consent, steps requested before or during a contract, performance of a contract, or another basis permitted by applicable law. Where consent is required, you may withdraw it without affecting processing already lawfully completed.

Retention

We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably necessary to handle the enquiry or business relationship, meet legal and accounting duties, and establish, exercise or defend legal claims. We review and delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed. Technical logs are kept for the shortest period reasonably necessary for security, reliability and troubleshooting, unless a longer period is required by law or a documented security incident.

Service Providers and External Resources

We may use providers for website hosting, content delivery, fonts and media delivery, email, security and technical support. They may process technical request data or communications only to provide those services or as otherwise permitted by law. At the date of this Policy, pages may request Google Fonts resources and Webflow-hosted CDN media. Those providers process technical request data under their own terms and privacy policies. We do not sell personal information.

Cross-Border Processing

Some hosting, content-delivery, font, media or email infrastructure may be located outside mainland China, so technical request data or communications may be processed in another country or region. Where we independently provide personal information outside the People's Republic of China, we will complete the notices, separate consent, contracts, assessments or other safeguards required by applicable law before the transfer.

Your Rights

Subject to applicable law, you may ask to know about, access, copy, correct, supplement or delete your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or request an explanation of our processing rules. You may also ask us to close any communication record that is no longer required. Send requests to privacy@ctxmade.com. We may verify your identity before responding and will reply within the period required by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information and the risks involved. No transmission or storage method is completely secure. If a personal-information incident occurs, we will take remedial action and provide notices where required by law.

Children

This business-to-business site is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information through the site. If you believe a child has provided information to us, contact privacy@ctxmade.com.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, services or legal obligations. The current version and its effective date will be posted on this page. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
